BROOKLYN MILLER

Brooklyn directs the human resources function for Envision Cold and guides the company in the areas of recruiting and retention, performance improvement, compensation, benefits, risk management, and legal compliance. She’s passionate about developing and empowering each employee on the Envision Cold team. 

Brooklyn has spent the last 17 years in human resource management and has 13 years of experience in the transportation industry. Most recently, she served as President of a mid-sized, asset-based trucking company, where she led integration for multiple acquisitions and built and developed processes and polices from the ground up. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in human resource management and organizational behavior. 

She and her husband have three children. As a family, they enjoy traveling, watching their boys’ baseball games, and all things Georgia Bulldogs.
