BRIAN BOEHM

Brian oversees investments at Envision Cold and is responsible for managing the acquisition and development selection process. Additionally, he maintains relationships with investors and partners.

For over a decade, Brian has been an investor of institutional capital across real estate markets with a total deal volume exceeding $6B. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Investments at ElmTree Funds, a $8B real estate private equity firm that invests in office, industrial, and cold storage assets. There, he was responsible for evaluating and managing investments across the US. 

In his spare time, Brian enjoys traveling, golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
